Citizens on Patrol is having a community walk-through in Federal Hill.
C.O.P. walks are a good opportunity to meet your neighbors, see the
neighborhood and learn what other people are doing to make South Baltimore a
better place to live.

Yappy Hour Fundraiser

Thursday, May 15th, 6pm to 9pm @ Little Havana

Latrobe Park in Locust Point is the home of a proposed dog park.  The
privately funded initiative is having a fundraiser at Little Havana.

Construction of a new and improved Swann Park began on Monday, May 5th!
Honeywell and Baltimore City are working in partnership to restore the
11-acre park.  Honeywell expects to complete the Swann Park restoration and
related park improvements by August 2008.  Baltimore City expects to
complete its work by Spring 2009.

Parking AuthorityOne Windshield = One Parking Decal

Clean off those old parking decals from your windshield!  Parking
Enforcement Officers will soon be able to issue $500 citations for the
display of multiple permits on windshields.  Displaying voided or expired
permits is against city law, and enforcement practices for this offense will
soon be in place - the penalty for which can be a $500 citation.
