Homestead Tax Credit

The Homestead Tax Credit limits the State's annual amount of tax assessment
increase on your home.  If you are a resident homeowner, then you need to
proactively fill out the attached form and send it to the Maryland
Department of Assessments and Taxation in order to limit the amount of tax
assessment increase of your home.
