Shooting Update

I spoke with Major Bloodsworth, Sargeant Proctor and Officers Roney and
Milburn this evening on the C.O.P. walk.  

 

A suspect in the shooting has been positively identified and a warrant is
being issued for this suspect's arrest.  The police have not released the
person's identity for fear that the person might flee.  

 

Also and incidentally, the victim was not a resident of this neighborhood.
